Pizza Club on the Farm
Pizza Nights ARE BACK!
Dates are posted below, and RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN!!
What is Pizza Club?
NOTE: This meal is prepared by our family and members of the pizza club, and, as a private fraternal organization, is not under the inspection of the Meigs County Health Department. We strive to keep our food clean, safe, and healthy, but we do prepare our toppings in our farm kitchen, and the pizzas are rolled, topped, baked, and served in our open air pavilion.
FARM FRESH, WOOD-FIRED PIZZA!
Part of the mission of our farm, from the very beginning, has been to be a place around which community can gather. Growing healthy, safe food for people has been the largest part of the that mission thus far. But the newest and exciting addition to the farm’s offerings is PIZZA NIGHT! At least twice a month, we hope to offer a night of farm fresh, wood-fired pizza to customers in our community. Our pizzas are baked in our New Mexico style earthen oven, hand built using the clay soil right from our farm. Cooking at ~800 degrees, each pizza is in the oven for less than 3 minutes, then out on the buffet for eating.
We offer 4 different kinds of pizzas each evening, one of which is a cheese. Each pizza will include freshly harvested, organically raised veggies from our own farm, as well as other meats, cheeses, and veggies from other local producers. They’re cooked and served buffet style, with pizzas constantly rotating in and out of the oven for the duration of the evening.
We begin serving pizza at 6:00PM and serve till we’re done :)
Reservations & Pricing:
Please make reservations by clicking the blue button above or below. All payments will be made on site the night of the event, but you MUST make a reservation to hold your spot.
